An International Chemical Firm

Challenge:
Currently the firm stood fifth in the marketplace, losing top technical sales talent to the competition.

Task:
(1) Identify, attract and hire a pool of experienced professionals for the task; (2) improve the overall interview-to-offer ratio of the internal recruiting process; and, (3) improve field management and HR internal customer satisfaction.

DSS Results:
